Precision smart pressure transmitter

HMP 331 transmitter combines advanced microprocessor electronics and analog sensor technology.
Its digital amplifier is powered by a 16-bit analog-to-digital converter (ADC). ADC enables active compensation of transmitter's characteristics (nonlinearity, temperature error).
The converter generates 4 ... 20 mA output signal. In addition, the transmitter can be configured both locally and through the HART protocol.
Cast aluminum vibration- and impact-resistant housing contains transmitter and electronic amplifier. Its pressure port is made of stainless steel. Process connection is threaded (various options available). Electrical connection is a cable gland.
The design of the transmitter and its IP67 housing allow using it in severe conditions.

Multifunction pressure transmitter

DS 200P multifunction pressure transmitter is a combination of several devices: pressure transmitter with discrete output and digital display. The transmitter works with any process media non-aggressive to stainless steel. The design of its indicator allows swiveling the display so the installation position does not matter, you can always have the readings before your eyes. 4-digit LED display shows the pressure value. Buttons located on the front panel of the display allows configuring device(parameters of switch outputs operation - thresholds, operation modes, delay, etc.)

DS 4 is a pressure switch designed to be a part of pneumatic setups. It can measure gauge pressure and vacuum. The components of this device - aluminum pressure port, silicon sensor, - allow working with compressed air and non-aggressive gases. Its housing is made of PA 6.6 plastic. Adjustable switch output offers a wide range of applications. LEDs reflect switch output status.

Programmable Pressure Switch for Hydraulic Systems

DS6 programmable pressure switch can be used in a wide range of setups. Its wetted parts are made of stainless steel (pressure port), ceramic Al 2 O 3 (sensor), FKM or NBR (seal). The materials were selected with the aim to make the device universal and capable of working with most media found in various industries. Integrated programmable microprocessor enables standard functions and a number of options allowing selecting the optimum mode for any operating conditions. The switch can have 1 or 2 outputs depending on the modification. Registration of threshold values triggers yellow and green LEDs located on the housing. Setting threshold values and selecting switching modes requires an adapter and software (supplied separately) P-set.

ADAPT-1 (COM) configurator and its software allow configuring DMP 331i / 333i, LMP 331i / 308i transmitters. ADAPT-3 (COM) configurator and its software allow configuring DS 4/DS 6 pressure switches.


PA 430

PA 430 indicator works with any device outputting at 4..20 mA through a 2-wire connection, connectors - DIN 43650, Binder. The display is mounted directly on the transmitters and does not require additional power. It is set up with buttons on the front panel. The indicator's housing and display rotate along their axes. After mounting, you can adjust the display's position so the readings are easy to see. The LED display functions fine in subzero temperatures. You can order PA 430 with 1 or 2 PNP outputs and/or in Exia version. Coupled with pressure transmitters, DMD 331 can operate as a differential pressure switch.


NDI 10

NDI 10 is a digital indicator designed to visualize analog signal and convert it to a digital one. NDI 10 has two or four switch outputs and a buzzer. On request, we can add active current output to a version with two switch outputs. RS-485 interface allows sending data to any monitoring system supporting Modbus RTU protocol.


NDI 20

NDI 20 is a digital indicator designed to visualize analog signal and convert it to a digital one. The device has two or four switch outputs (OC type). On request, we can add active current output to a version with two switch outputs. The 4-digit display and 20-point histogram show the values simultaneously. NDI 20 features an RS-485 / Modbus RTU digital interface and a buzzer.


NDI 30

NDI 30 is a digital indicator designed to visualize analog signal and convert it to a digital one (RS-485 interface). There are two switch outputs to the device and a switch status indicator. Compared to NDI 10, this model features an additional display to visualize switch and thresholds statuses.


NDI 40

NDI 40 displays current values and process parameters and trends graphically. The indicator can have 2, 4 and 8 input channels (0-20 mA...4-20 mA). Each channel can be configured and described; each has its alphanumeric description (text). NDI 40 features galvanically isolated RS-485 digital output and communicates via ModBus RTU. Thus, a number of digital indicators can form a network, collecting data from each block remotely and enabling remote configuration. The indicator also has an extra output to power transducers and transmitters (rear terminals, 24 V DC±5%/max 200 mA). Backlit display (128 x 64 px) shows process graphs for each channel separately. Different modes of operation allow finetuning visualization depending on your requirements. The 6 buttons on the front panel enable the device setup. The help menu with detailed description makes the process fairly simple.


PA 440

PA 440 is an outdoor indicator designed to visualize the analog signal of the current loop. It does not require external power. To control level and pressure through threshold, you can add one or two low-current switches to PA 440. The device may be made intrinsically safe or Ex version. There two buttons that enable setting it up through a menu. Optional, supplied on request: cast aluminum housing, LED display.

Configurators

ADAPT-100 configurator allows switching spans of multirange pressure transmitters and adjustment of zero of the analog unified current signal 4 ... 20 mA.ADAPT-100 has a polycarbonate housing; its enclosure protection rating is IP40. The configurator's cable ends in a DIN 43650 connector that fits 4 ... 20 mA transmitters; there are five control buttons to the device: ON/OFF, ZERO TRIM zero adjustment button and three span selection buttons. There are also six indicators on the configurator's control panel: POWER, LINK, ERROR and three span indicators.The configurator has two modes of operation: configuration mode and calibration mode.
